After a lot of focus groups, interviews and research, we came to a shocking conclusion: people don't enjoy handling beaurocratic tasks, waiting in lines and coming to the same place over and over again because they forgot a paper they never knew is needed. If only there was a way to do it all quickly, easily and without the need for walking all over the city. Or is there?
Digital ID, much like the eGrađani platform, exists for a while now. Yet, very small percentage of people activated their digital ID cards, enabling them to use its full potential. Healthy chunk of people don't even know it is possible to do more then a 100 beaurocracy-related tasks that way, and insist on wasting away their time and soles of their shoes walking from point A to B, to do something they could have done from home.
That's why AKD decided to inform people and encourage them to activate their digital ID cards. How we managed to get form point A to a campaign? Take a look below.
